Choose to be Great: Thank You (Y2:E14)

As we enter this shortened week to celebrate the goodness associated with Thanksgiving with many of the people we love the most, I’d like to take a moment to say “Thank You” to you!

If you’re reading this message, you’re a leader and you’re influencing the lives of others – especially students – for the better. What a gift you are to them and to the people who get to spend their lives working and living alongside you.

Stephen Covey, the Author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, writes, “Treat a man as he is and he will remain as he is. Treat a man as he can be and should be and he will become as he can and should be.”

A whole world of people are becoming what they can and should be because of educators like you.

So, thank you. Not only for your impact on their lives but for the impact many of you have made on my life. I am a better person, friend, and leader because of many of you. For that, I am grateful.

I hope this week offers you some well-deserved rest.

Choose to be Great!

Angelo
